Association Meeting - Sunday 9th April 2006.

Our April meeting of the Association was held on Sunday 9th April 2006 in the Grosvenor Suite.

Mr McNamara (Chairman) welcomed all members and gave management’s response to matters raised at our last meeting.

The following items were raised for discussion with management.

Members are concerned that after being advised to buy only plastic storage boxes, there is now a possibility that they no longer comply with the park rules. The committee will investigate this matter and report back.

Arran View 163 – There is a problem with the condition of slabs leading from their caravan.

Members think that all camp facilities should be fully operational from the official opening date.

Not enough seating within Atlantic Bar.

Members are complaining about underage drinking and request that more security checks on passes are done.

Members want a quiet bar.

The Chairman introduced Andy Rae the new General Manager and Clive Kennedy Caravan Sales Manager.

It is still hoped to have the Craig Tara 20th Anniversary celebrations on Saturday 3rd June. All members will be advised the details at our next meeting.

Our next meeting will be held on Sunday 7th May, 12 noon in the Grosvenor Suite.
