Association Meeting - Sunday 7th August 2006.

Our August meeting of the Association was held on Sunday 7th August 2006 in the Grosvenor Suite.

Mr McNamara (Chairman) welcomed all members and gave management's response to matters raised at our last meeting.

1. Arran View 165 .The road outside needs a notice to let drivers know that the road is a dead end.

2. Arran View 237. At the sale of their caravan they were promised the caravan carpet would be cleaned or replaced. Despite complaining to the sales team,they still have the stained carpet.

3. Bay View 104. Trees restricting view of drivers whilst reversing .

4. Members want the bar open at line dancing classes 6.00pm to 7.30 Saturday nights in Dixies.

5. Arran View owners are concerned about the increase in letting.
They are also concerned about the amount of people jumping over fences from Ailsa View.

6.Some owners are awaiting their gas certificates.

7. Owners feel the carpet in Atlantic Bar needs to be cleaned. Also it was reported to the members that a fire escape is restricted by 2 bins and a fence

8. Members in Greenan Village are complaining of holiday makers taking short cuts between their caravans.

9. Bay View members complaining that they now have a restricted seaview due to hedges not trimmed.

10.Bowlers' outing will be on Saturday 9th September.

11.Bins need cleaned out.

12. Some dog owners are still not keeping their dogs on their leads. Several dogs spotted apparently running loose.Dogs dirt is not always lifted.

Our next meeting will be on Sunday 3rd September at 12noon in the Owners Breakfast Clubroom, Turnberry Gardens.
