The Chairman welcomed a large turnout of members. He introduced the Haven Team ; Andy Mills-Brown, Complex Manager and George Angus, Security Chief .

Charity events are to go through Association and a charity report will be issued at each monthly meeting.
Forthcoming Charity events are listed below.

SEPTEMBER GAS CHECK for this month will be on Saturday 18th August.
Members can phone 0141 959 2225 to book a Check and as this a members only deal at £25.00 it must be booked though the committee or by phoning 0141 959 2225. If you book it any other way you will be charged £49.99+vat as Haven Sales & Reception can only offer you their contractors.

The programme of events is now on the board at Crystal Quays and members pointed out that the Glasgow Fair weekend was completely missed.

Some members feel some of the bands for Dixies would be more suitable in the Atlantic and vice versa.

Members would like to see pictures of area wardens. George promised to have this up and running by next meeting.

Dirty Linen is left outside caravans, and cleaners are cleaning their mops out in the washing machines. George to investigate.

Dogs are left to wander round the park without owners.

Lifebelts are being thrown into boating pond. Wardens will deal with this problem.

Cash Bingo players complained that non-players and children are coming into the hall. Security to be reintroduced at the door and only those playing bingo will be admitted.

There is a report that paper passes with no dates are being given to visitors. George is going to investigate this and various other complaints regarding passes. There is concern that a charge is made for changing the details on an owners pass when the previous holder is deceased.

Members complaining of Dixies bar running out of lager and one member complained the lager was off.

The meeting concluded with enrolment of new members and other administration.

James Bond Casino Ball
The Committee has decided to have a 07/ 007 Dinner and Casino Night on 8th September. Dinner at 8.00pm in Turnberry Gardens. Casino & Ball in Dixies at 9.30pm. Junior Casino Night & James Bond Film starts in Grosvenor at 9.30pm.

Tickets will be £5.00 Adult £2.50 child. Members Ticket will be free (Non-transferable)

Tombola, Raffles, Auction. Any member wishing to donate prizes please hand them to any committee member.
