Association Meeting - Sunday 4th June
2006.
Our June meeting of the Association was held on Sunday 4th June 2006 in the Grosvenor Suite.
Mr McNamara (Chairman) welcomed all members and gave management's response to matters raised at our last meeting:
A quiet bar will be made available for owners.
Bus stop at reception has been moved to a more convenient location.
Car parking at KB.29/30 is under review.
Cabaret in Dixies to be upgraded.
A bar and a carvery arrangement are to be introduced in dining room.
The following items were raised for discussion with management:
Accociation has contacted a contractor acceptable to the camp management who will carry out annual gas checks for association members for a fee of £25.00 inc vat.
Fences/walls.
Chocked drain at AV.44.
Ram-tec alarm system.
Cleanliness in spash zone.
Our next meeting will be held on Sunday 2nd July, 12noon in the Grosvenor Suite.
