Craig Tara Owners Association

Our May meeting of the Association was held on Sunday 7th May 2006 in the Grosvenor Suite.

Mr McNamara (Chairman) welcomed all members and gave management's response to matters raised at our last meeting.

The following items were raised for discussion with management.

Members would like swings for babies and small children in the adventure park.

Arran View 69 -107 there is a problem with the condition of slabs leading from their caravan. One member fell at the path of 107.

The middle section of seating within the Atlantic Bar requires rearrangement since at the moment it is often inaccessible.

Insufficient and broken lighting within Turnberry Gardens to Nursery Road. This encourages youths to congregate there and older members are reluctant to pass that area on return to their caravans. Extra security required to monitor this area.

Members want a quiet bar.

Members feel that the bus stop outside reception is in a dangerous position. They request that the stop is resited to a safer area.

13KV has complained about the temporary repairs to their caravan. The Chairman advised that they contact Andy Rae who will solve their problem.

Caravans KV29 to KV39 have a problem with holidaymakers parking within their culdesac and blocking their exit. They request a no parking sign.
