Association Meeting - Sunday 6th September 2006.

Our September meeting of the Association was held on Sunday 6th September 2006 in the Owners Breakfast Clubroom, Turnberry Gardens.

Mr McNamara (Chairman) welcomed all members and gave management's response to matters raised at our last meeting.

The following items were raised for discussion with management.

1. Lighting of the park. Too many dark places.

2. Bins in Bayview need to be cleaned out.

3. Bushes & trees in need of trimming.

4. Toilets in Atlantic need cleaning.

5. Entertainment for November 06 and March 07

One member asked if we had a constitution. The committee will display our constitution at every meeting.

ASSOCIATION DINNER DANCE - Saturday 21st October.

2 Bands for our Dinner Dance are Lost Little Groove (Confirmed) + Foxy Lady.

The Committee have decided to give our members 1 free ticket.

This ticket is for the use of the member or their partner. Ticket is non transferable.

All other adult tickets £5.00 all Children £2.50.
Tickets to be booked in advance.
Payment on collection of tickets.
Tickets will be available from 3pm to 5pm in Owners Exclusive leisure centre on Saturday 21st October.

Please note: We are having an extra meeting on Sunday 5th November.
Andy Rae will present an outline of the projected improvements for next year.
Now that the Association has been approved, Andy or a representative will attend all our meetings.
